Basic, Standard, Deep, and Super Cleans

*All One-Time Cleans are quoted IN-PERSON ONLY, using our conglomerate fixed rate, to ensure accuracy.*

We will suggest what we can offer your space professionally based on its current condition, but also you can choose what level you are aiming for.

Basic Clean- With our basic clean we are coming in to improve the quality of your space with our cleaning on a simple level, but also thoroughly. No extra scrubbing, or big attention to detail. Add-on’s are available.

Standard Clean- In our standard clean, we are coming in to make your space sparkle with our cleaning on a complete level. Everything in the basic clean is included; some extra scrubbing is given grout or hard water, as well as more attention to detail. Interior appliance clean out is not included, but can be added on.

Deep Clean- In our deep clean, we are coming in to improve and enhance your space with our cleaning on a detailed level. Everything in the basic/standard clean is included. Extra scrubbing is on par to acquire a transformative “cleaning renovation”. Full exterior and interior appliance clean is included.

Super Clean- In our super clean, we are coming in to make your space immaculate on an extensive level. Everything in the basic/standard/deep clean is included. Specific to this clean is dusting abnormally high places, on top of built in wall ledges, and a more detailed clean of the tops of cabinets, ceiling fans, woodworking and more. Full exterior and interior appliance clean is included, as well as under/behind appliances.

BASIC Hard floor dry mop, wet mop or carpet vacuum
BASIC Stair mop or vacuum

BASIC Attachment usage on cracks, crevices, and corners *

Dusting

BASIC Dusting of all furniture, baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, built-ins such as fireplace mantles *

BASIC Surface clean in bathrooms and kitchen
BASIC Stuck on gunk removed *
NOT INCLUDED– Surface crevice grout/grime cleaning

Miscellaneous

BASIC Glass cleaning- mirrors, windows, sliding glass doors, screen glass doors

BASIC Interior window panes, window sills, window frames, door panels, door frames, closet clean *

BASIC Wall spot cleaning, outlet & switch plate cleaning
NOT INCLUDED– Hard water removal, grout removal
